Choose from one of the many floor plans in our 102-unit apartment complex. The studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are equipped with refrigerator, range and oven. All apartments feature window coverings, patios or balconies, emergency pull cords, cable tv and individually controlled thermostats. Our common areas include lounges, card rooms and library, exercise and craft rooms, a beauty/barber shop, and a gracious grand dining room with a spectacular view of the red rocks for which Sedona is so well known world wide.
One meal each day, housekeeping twice monthly, all utilities, basic cable television, scheduled transportation, a full program of activities, 24-hour staffing and general maintenance of your apartment are all included in your monthly rent at Sedona Winds.
Expanded meal plans, additional housekeeping and some personal services are all available for a nominal fee. |
